Beds was comfy was close to the seafront, toilet didn’t flush so was moved rooms no hesitation, was provided with a heater as it was cold

Local to all facilities and close to the Pier restaurants and arcades. Staff were lovely and very accommodating and very helpful. Also, they were very understanding when we needed anything for the room.

Staff were very accommodating and couldn't have done more to help. On our first morning, a very kind man told us where we could go for breakfast and where to get fish and chips cheaper, places to go, places to avoid etc. The hotel was very central and was in a great location for where we wanted to be. We were given a front door key so we could come and go as we please and the room we got was much bigger than we were expecting.
