Everything about this hotel from the friendliness and welcome from the owners to the comfort and cleanliness of the room with ensuite and spotless shower room! Room was excellent and nice coffee and biscuits provided for in room. Cannot fault anything. Owners were very friendly and helpful and took the time to have a chat which was amazing! Made sure I had everything I needed and were willing to go above and beyond! Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choices offered. I have now found my favourite hotel to stay at again next time I am in Blackpool! Thanks for an absolutely fantastic stay!

The staff at the hotel were polite and friendly. The location of the hotel was very good as well, as it was very close to the town centre, and also close to the Promenade as well. The room also had most of the facilities expected, and was fairly well laid out. The room was also very quiet overnight as well.

Wonderful staff, great location, good value, just could have done with a wee spruce up but I’d happily stay here again. Short walk to the town centre. The best Blackpool stay so far.

The nice decor sorry about the 2 Irvine girls one in red jacket and bucket teeth other in trench coat who smashed the front door Morrison, Cowan's and Mckies and Howie's who attacked the staff.Otherwise the Scottish people were ok.

Great central location but not too noisy at night. Excellent value for money. Comfy bed. Perfect fried egg for breakfast, and proper butter, not margarine ❤️ Staff lovely and kind, couldn’t do enough for us!!!
