the room was lovely,clean and bright.tha bed was very comfortable, you got a sofa to sit on too. also a fridge in your room, + hairdryer and tea making facilities. the breakfast was also, very good

Great location! Breakfast was lovely. The host was very friendly and attentive. The room was large and well equipped, bed very comfortable. Will definitely be back.

The lady who ran this place to stay ( Chrissie ) was brilliant. she could not do enough for us.Lovely big breakfast .The place was so clean and comfortable and a few minutes walk to the sea front.Just over the road was the tram boarding stop.All i can add to this is it is highly recommended and we will be definitely going back there. We went there as strangers and left as friends.
