Good location, friendly and helpful staff, felt as if they've known us prior to our check in date. Breakfast was very tasty and delicious. The atmosphere is very serene, perfect for getting away from any stress I guess they believe in nature as there's no air conditioning system in the room, but a tower fan was provided in the room if required. But, that's my hotel anytime I visit Blackpool.

We stayed for one night and ive got to say this place is spotlessly clean throughout. Our room no:2 was beautiful could not fault a thing👍 All staff were friendly, polite and very helpful🙂 Breakfast was amazing good choice of food and tasted really good. Highly recommend this hotel. 👍

Breakfast excellent. Bedding/bed great. Bathroom fab. Tv and Jacuzzi bath good. Room robes/refreshments good. Balcony view good. Communal areas comfortable

Absolutely perfect again. This is our 3rd stay and equally as great as the others. We stayed in room 4 Spirit it had everything you needed and more besides. Gorgeous 4 poster bed with Egyptian cotton sheets. Fantastic balcony where you could enjoy views of the Solaris centre and the beach. The bathroom you could dance in there was so much space. Breakfast was perfectly cooked and a wide range of choices. The front of house was 5 star and special thanks to Abi who is a true professional and kept us entertained in the evening.Thanks again hope to see you soon.
