Location was excellent for is as we had booked the pleasure beach and it was just next door. Breakfast was good. Owners were lovely. Would stay again.

Arrived very late and was greeted pleasantly by the owner . The owner sorted us car parking next to the local shop which was apreatied. Very nice sitting room Shown to our room and we had the full floor to ourself, toilet showe etc was clean . The room was nice enough and spacious enough for us Bed was not the most comfortable, but in saying that the value for money and welcome we received, I can not grumble . Each morning, we went downstairs to a set table and a good fry up . As I've mentioned, the host was very pleasant, and we had a great stay Thank u, number 36 . The location was amazing for the pleasure beach a 2 minute walk And also a 2 mi ite walk from the sandcastle swimming ...

The breakfast was on point👌 and the location was good, the hosts were amazing and very informative as to what was going on around the area, ie, Mrs Cora told us about the fireworks display that was on while we were there which we didn't know about and it was awesome👊

Very close to Pleasure Beach and south pier. Were well looked after. Great breakfast.
