Everything was lovely, it was clean, lots of goodies in the room when we arrived, very comfy bed, just a lovely place to stay and we would happily stay again and recommend to our friends and family, Peter & Katherine were very pleasant.

The room was one of the nicest we have stayed in, in Blackpool. There was ample tea and coffee facilities and even fresh milk and water in the fridge. The breakfast was lovely. The hosts were great.

The room was very comfortable even thought it was a bed and breakfast it had the feel of a luxury hotel with bathrobes and comfortable immaculate surroundings. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was delicious

Nice location (out of centre which suited us). Great facilities..Beautifully cooked breakfast with much choice (and cooked how you like it). Plenty of thought has gone into planning the well equipped comfortable room.
