“Best Guesthouse we have stayed in”

The room was lovely & spotlessly clean. The hosts were very nice & nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast selection was great and the breakfast itself was outstanding. We often stay in Blackpool and this is by far the best guesthouse we have stayed in. Already booked again for 2 weeks time.

Friendly welcome, lovely room exceptionally clean - robes, fresh milk and a mini fridge. Bar in lounge for residents which was really welcoming. Breakfast - lots of choice, cooked fresh. Will definitely return. Tram stop at the end of the road giving easy access to town and attractions.

Friendly, bright, comfortable, very clean and well presented. Breakfast was fantastic. Really helpful hosts. Tram was 5 mins walk at the bottom of the road and 10 minute journey to the beach and Tower.
