Well I have nothing but praise for this lovely B&B spotlessly clean nothing was to much trouble I have recommended it to all my family and friends conveniently situated to the centre you can tell when you walk in the owners have put there life's work into every area of this beautiful building and was very happy to let the owners know what a lovely time we had and will definitely be back when visiting blackpool

A basic B&B which is located close to all amenities including the trams, the beach and Blackpool Tower. It was good value for money and the room was comfortable if basic.

This hotel is brilliant. Tastefully decorated throughout.Lovely comfy bed.Great power shower.A lovely breakfast,including cereals,juices,toast,full English, & tea or coffee.Not expensive compared to other hotels. To cap it all, it's about 250-300 meters from the Tower/Center.A lovely hotel in all aspects.

Perfect location for the Tower, seafront and town centre all just a 5 minute walk away. It's very clean and comfortable, friendly staff, an all round good value hotel.

Breakfast was great. I dont eat meat so eggs on toast was perfect. Location spot on...5 mins from coach station and 5 mins from Tower.
