The customer service was impecible we booked for 2 nights arrived a day late due too a family emergency and was given the 2 days.amenities and condiments and also the family room pool table was a great hit with the whole family.and the best bit about the location is u are right on top of all the offers Blackpool has to offer the manager Gavin thanks

Nice bar, good games room, room was nice and clean only down fall was the draft through the windows apart from that i would stay again

The rooms Definitely need some tlc doing but part from that can't really complain for the price lock was broken inside but they soon sorted a new lock on it probably would stay again as the location was good staff was good to talk to bed was very comfortable shower was nice and hot. manchester bar around the corner and other pubs so wasn't much to walk really
