The hosts were very welcoming, my son loved it and can't wait to go back. I liked how clean the rooms were, shower was amazing. If we needed anything sue and leigh were on hand to help. Very pleasant stay. 10/10

We love it here, the owners are so friendly and make you feel like part of the family. Beds are really comfy and rooms are decent size with ensuite bathrooms. No stag or hen parties allowed making it a great place for the family

Breakfast was ok 👌 The hosts are lovely and full of information too. Car parking space and close to the pleasure beach There’s a tram stop just across the road.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. They offered us an upgrade to a bigger room at no extra cost. But we wanted the smaller room because it was only up one flight of stairs. My partner is disabled the first fight of stairs was enough for her.

Wonderful hosts nothing to much trouble great location end of the road is south pier and tram stop. Parking on road in front of hotel superb breakfast
