Super clean, super friendly host, comfy beds and warm on cold nights. Great location, close enough to tower and between central and north piers. Got a parking space reserved for us directly outside the door for £10 per night and we walked everywhere we needed to go as the location was fantastic. We were provided with an extra electric heater in case we needed it. There was a kettle, tea, coffee, toilet roll, towels etc all provided. The host was incredible, made a fuss of the kids on entry and made us feel totally welcome. Would book again in the future.

We were moved to a property opposite due to storm damage. I assume owned by same people. Good distance to center. £10 parking was really good. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. Excellent for the price we paid.

Location was great. Combination door lock, so we could come and go as we pleased. No set time to be back by. Very, very basic but clean and warm. Host was very friendly and helpful.

Owners were lovely and friendly, good location, good powerful shower, room what expected for the price in Blackpool would definitely stay again. Was offered car parking right outside for £10 a day. Very easy check in and out. Kettle and coffee in room for a cuppa.

Location was great. The host was absolutely lovely. Basic room but en suite which is what we wanted and a kettle for a brew in the morning. No complaints at all and would stay again.

It was a warm and comfortable stay. Good location with just a short walk to the centre but far enough away to not be too noisy. Marisa couldn’t do enough for us. Parking for £10 a day very reasonable.
