We had booked 2 rooms. Unfortunately the room on the top floor had a leak. The staff were all lovely and the breakfast was great.

The breakfast was excellent. The balcony was nice to have even though the weather was not good enough to sit out there. The owners were very helpful and chatty. Great electric shower. Kitchen was a bonus if you wanted to eat in.

Warm, cosy, nice welcoming owner and her adult son, decent breakfast. Tea and coffee making facilities in bedroom which is always a welcome bonus.
