Convenient location for Grovesnor casino (poker tournament). Room was clean and a reasonable size, bed was comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities provided in room. Ground floor room so no stairs, however……

Great Location, comfy bed, good in room selection of hot drinks. Quiet and good value for money. Didn't have a breakfast so can't comment.

Bed was really comfy. Breakfast excellent. Host was very friendly and helpful and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Location is perfect.

location, cleanliness, breakfast, and the hosts. The breakfast was excellent. Our Room was on the top floor, in Room 9, family room for 3 of us. It looked out into the street. It was reasonable size, clean warm and comfortable. The shower was decent with good pressure. Plenty drawer space, and a wardrobe. Plenty electric sockets for charging. The hosts were great too. Very friendly and happy to have a chat. All in all, we will be back, and we can be very picky about where we stay. But we would love to come back here.

Room had everything that you needed for a short stay. Location was good and particularly ideal if you were visiting the pleasure beach. The rooms were quiet and we didn’t hear any noise from neighbouring rooms. Rooms were spotlessly clean and presented really nicely. Car park facilities were available which was great.

Staff were super friendly & helpful. Diana text to confirm when we would be arriving & ensured our room was ready for us getting there! Location was perfect, very close to pleasure beach etc and also Blackpool south station was a short walk away. Breakfast was amazing too, best pancakes! We were stuffed lol. The room was so cosy & homely. Diana also kept our bags for us after check out so we cld have a wee day out before heading home.
