The location is great, just outside the busyness of Blackpool so no noise but all within walking distance. The host was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast was amazing! Great selection too! And the bedroom and the dining area were spotless! The place was so clean and tidy.

Location ok but need to find non permit parking I arrived on a Saturday and took me 20 mins to find somewhere but was only 5 minute walk from Hotel owner very friendly and helpful breakfast basic fry up but still very tasty def will return again
