Clean, spacious room, ensuite shower room was also very clean. Lovely shower. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Very good breakfast. Quiet location, but only a short walk to shops, restaurants and pubs. I would visit again, and recommend it to others.

Location is absolutely perfect. Short walk into town centre. Angie and Fran can’t do enough to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast is superb. Just be aware we booked a small double and it was extremely small but we got what we asked for!!

The communication I had in advance was spot on as I had a couple of questions and my arrival time changed last minute. The location was perfect for my trip, the free parking was an absolute bonus, the room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. My breakfast was absolutely delicious, one of the best I’ve had at a hotel in years. The staff were faultless! I’ve never felt more at home 😁 I wouldn’t hesitate to return when going to blackpool!
