Lovely host, very welcoming, friendly and attentive. Breakfast was great value for money, toast and cereals and a freshly cooked breakfast 👍 small room which had all you would need.. usb socket, coffee machine, kettle, hairdryer, fan, teas coffee etc

Amazing full English breakfast. Location perfect for the train station, clubs and promenade. We had an amazing stay, Lee was most welcoming and cooked an amazing breakfast. Rooms lovely and comfortable with attention to detail. Will definately stay there again and well recommended.

The property is maintained to a high standard, the bedroom was spotless, bed very comfortable and everything provided for a lovely stay. Lee welcomed me on arrival and was easily contactable when anything was needed. Avoid the big chain hotels and support a local business like this who care about their customers and provide an exceptional service.

Lee & Chris were really lovely/warm/welcoming, all the amenities were fantastic, it's location is prime for the LGBTQ+ Bars/events so it's a real short walk so if you plan on having a late night out you wont be far to collapse out on a comfy bed to recover.

Lee was very welcoming and friendly, and the hotel hit all my expectations. I particularly liked the good communication before and during my stay.
