Fiona and Edmond were fantastic hosts They were a great chatty pleasant atmosphere decorated for Halloween as well food was lovely all home made we will be back again

As soon as we walked in,we felt welcomed.It was beautifully decorated.The location was ideal as was easy to explore all attractions easily.Breakfast was absolutely delicious.

How friendly the owner was from the moment we got there, the view from our window was amazing and how lovely there hotel is I would definitely recommend to anyone.

A beautifully presented room with a lovely sea view. Unbelievably comfortable bed! Tram stops just outside, across the road, which made this hotel the perfect position. The hotel is beautifully styled and spotlessly clean throughout. Very helpful pleasant host, excellent cooked breakfast. We would certainly recommend this hotel.

Really liked position of hotel ,tram stop over the road nice & quiet in the evening ,excellent position for pleasure beach breakfast well cooked ,cereal ,yogurts also available, nothing seemed to be too much trouble ,bar area also very pleasant

Excellent hotel. Fiona and Eamon very attentive. We stayed in king with seaview. The bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Would highly recommend.

The lady who ran the establishment went above and beyond for us. It was My sons Birthday and she got him a present and put birthday banners on our door. It really made his day! I would defiantly use this hotel again If i was to visit blackpool again. Also! her dog is adorable.. Thank you for a pleasant stay!
