The location was just outside the resort but it was early accessible via bus or tram. This was what we wanted, a quiet area with places to eat and drink. Accommodation was comfortable, breakfast was lovely and staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff were so very friendly and helpful, breakfast was great and so many choices and add-ons to the main cooked part. Book the evening you arrive for your stay but you can change options any time. The sweets and dog biscuits in the hall were a nice touch. Owner on site so you can talk.about any problems or get local info advice. The on-site car parking was ideal, free and always had a space. Next road down had lots of takeaways. Less than 2 miles away was a great pub/restaurant/live music venue (the Albion). The nearest tram stop is only at the end of the road. The illuminations start at Bispham right at the end of the road the hotel is on. Hotel is undergoing refurbishment and this will improve its look and comfort.
