Super friendly staff... they were very helpful... the breakfast was amazing deserve more then 5* The room were clean great facilities. 10000% staying again on our next trip. We were all made to feel at home.

The staff was amazing. Very clean & very accommodating, the signals on the tvs was bad due to the weather, the gentleman offered to pop a film on downstairs for the children, witch was lovely of him, breakfast was lovely too. We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again. Rooms was lovely and warm also.

Easy to get to car park round the corner £13 for 24 hours staff amazing room was a lovely size for a family cheap and cheerful and breakfast was amazing

I liked how it was close to the North front but not too close. Plenty of parking near by. Very lovely staff couldn't do enough for us! Clean and comfy beds. The bar at the hotel is reasonably priced and Brian was great with the kids

Good price for a family room, the rooms was okay a little dated and run down, basic rooms for the money, neither of the tvs worked and we had to ask for a lamp as none were working either, okay location not to far from the front and pier parking a few minutes walk at the back of hotel £13 for 24 hours friendly staff brain was helpful and friendly breakfast was okay for £6 an adult and £3 a child, it’s okay for a night or 2 stay.

Staff are welcoming, friendly, and down to earth. Breakfast was great too. Located well for the train station and north pier. What more could you want!
