Breakfast payed for it came down at 0925 they said breakfast was 8 to 9 no one told me it was only for one hour got told you have to be out by 10am that was only disappointement I had at this hotel I would come back again the staff were welcoming

The location and the bar where great and the games room but it was freezing cold the whole hotel

the staff were amazing we asked if they had skimmed milk they said they would look they came to our room a little after siad they had been to all the nearby shops and they couldnt find any they were so lovely and amazing breakfast was amazing

2 minute walk to the casino and seafront. Staff super friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a family room which was spacious and clean. The breakfast is well worth the money. Cereals to full English or other choices. Kids breakfast menu.

Stayed their last night absolutely spot on the cleanest Hotel ive stayed in at Blackpool, games room to keep the kids busy and the bar is nice and chilled really enjoyed it. Thanks for warm welcome 😁

The property was pleasantly presented and was actually three hotels knocked into one with nice clean frontage, we arrived early and were met by someone at the door who helped with parking advice and checked us in early. We had two grandchildren with us and they spotted the air hockey, pool table, and additional room full of slots, mini rides and kids play area. I spotted the bar, a decent size and well stocked too. Out of the front door and turn right, you are just about at the South pier a tram stop and also not far from the pleasure beach.
