Clean room nice size. Fridge not switched on. Extra pillows provided. Bed was bit creaky. Lots of corridor noise door slamming. Paid extra for late check 1 pm check out. Maids knocked 11.15 am to service room was told they had not been put on list for late checkout.

Excellent location and although the inside of the hotel is looking tired it is clean and warm. The free EV charger. Good cheap parking.

Hotel is nice and staff were friendly. Bus and tram stops directly outside. Town centre and Blackpool tower are walkable for most people.. Room was nice and clean. Had the usual bumps and scrapes but much better than other big brands I've stayed at. Only had breakfast, but was nice. Buffet style. And lovely view from the restaurant.
