just come back from our second stay at galaxy, the owners are so friendly & welcoming, its right in the centre of blackpool close to town, coral island & tower, fridge in every room was a bonus too ! a welcome gift bag & christmas bag of cookies on arrival....so sweet ! we love it here. would highly recommend

Staff make this hotel, Kenny and his partner are lovely and very accommodating Room was clean and bright, nothing was too much trouble. Bed was a little hard but that is purely personal preference. Would definitely return.

Nothing was too much trouble for Kenny, lovely man little goodie bag on arrival and he carried our bags up to the room. The room was ample for our stay very quiet comfy bed and lovely and warm

Kenny was such a welcoming friendly host. Check in was fast and efficient. Our room was quite small to be honest ,but clean ,warm and cosy. Very comfortable bed though. The location is just steps away from coach bus stop, coral island and more. A little present was waiting for us with some essentials which was very nice. Thank you..

the staff were lovely & friendly, room was clean & had tea, coffee etc, no breakfast option which we didnt mind we're not early eaters, added touch of a welcome gift bag on arrival & trick/treat bag of sweets when leaving ! also full size fridge in room. we had a great stay here

Close to the heart of Blackpool and family that we were meeting. Fantastic friendly staff, we received little gift bag on arrival taken up to our room. Room was small but warm and cozy perfect for a one night stay. Bed was so comfortable we didn’t want to get up out of it. Great little tea coffee making facilities.
