Great location. Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. Great for a budget b&b. The lady that booked us in said because there were a few people staying she would put on karaoke and games with shots. She told us if anything wasn't right let her know asap and would try and put it right. We had no complaints. Had a great stay.

Nice and clean for a little nite away with the girls easy access to come in and out on a night out, Only thing is we didn’t have any toilet roll in the room, no tea spoon to have a cuppa in the morning, the lady on the desk was really helpful though but for what we paid, I would say it’s good for your money the town centre is a 2/3 minute walk

When we arrived was no heating in our room so got moved tho the deluxe room which was amazing and didn't have to pay extra was 2 massive bed,big walk in shower which was nice and hot. Lovely room the heating come on in that room around 3pm. The lady was so helpful upgraded us for the inconvenience of no heating working. Great location close to coral island and shopping centre...

The room we had for 3 girls was just perfect , the size was amazing , the place was spotless & the bathroom was big , beautiful & also spotless. Nothing was too much bother for the manager the only downside was no breakfast but after speaking to her she said she was staring to do this after the new year “ which will be great when we return next year as not many things are open New Year’s Day for a fry up ….

Everything was great here could not fault It went go here every time we are in Blackpool Been here for the past 10yrs now And it's closed to the train station as well so it's easy to get there

The staff was lovely the location was excellent right next to the coach station very friendly family hotel a would highly recommend it 👍
