Nice big room with private bathroom. Comfy bed. The hotel has a bar downstairs which is a bonus if you don’t feel like going out out and has most of the drinks you would like. Lovely staff members, always happy to help.

We can’t fault anything about our stay. We were in Blackpool to dance at the Winter Gardens and to be able to walk there was perfect. The chap who checked us in was very helpful and polite and the chap at breakfast was great too - and breakfast was amazing!!! We will definitely be back x

Lovely hotel and staff with a great breakfast in an excellent location. Late breakfast with a glass of Prosecco on New Year's Day was perfect, you couldn't ask for more. We will definitely return.

The staff especially Laura, were very friendly and welcoming as were the other guests, nicely run b & b will definitely return, in a great location, parking food was well presented and nice and hot . Very helpful too, no complaints, room was perhaps a little small but that's what we booked so can't complain, maybe next time well go for a standard room

The property was good breakfast good Laura managed amazing couldn’t do enough for you we booked the small room but sorry didn’t go for a bigger room as we are both quite hefty great location would book again

Stayed for 2 nights over New Year all the staff we're very accommodating and even had a smile at breakfast on New Year's day after a late night. Been coming to Blackpool for a few years and this was our first time at this hotel and it certainly won't be the last already booked for next year

The staff were lovely, friendly & helpful. In a great position for the shows we wanted to see. Buffet style breakfast was perfect for us,very tasty.

Good single room for the price, good cooked breakfast, friendly helpful staff, very handy for the Tower..if it hadn’t been for hurricane Darragh!

Hotel is situated in a great spot. Close to the shopping centre and an ideal walk to the tower. The staff are all very helpful. arrived late on Friday nite and managed to check in quickly. Room was spacious considering it had 2 double beds in it. Beds were comfy. Nice clean bedding and comfy pillows allowed us a very nice sleep. Breakfast was so freshly cooked and the dining room was fully staffed. Also catered for a takeaway sandwich for niece who was at a dancing festival as she didn't make breakfast. The bar area is beautiful and so inviting to sit and relax. Our friends actually met us in our place as it was better than there digs. So i would recommend.
