Lovely for visiting the south pier or if you want to stay close to the pleasure beach. Room was clean , bed was comfy enough, staff where friendly. Room was small but only needed it for sleeping. Breakfast was ok.

Fab location for pleasure beach, looks like there trying with the decor and modern keyless system. Pillows were good. The price was good and as a base for 1 night not too bad but would not stay again.
