Loved Dawn, she was so accommodating. Recommend this place for anyone that is coeliac or gluten free. Dawn took this seriously and prepared it separately and had a gf toaster. The room was small but had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the tower.

Just had x2 night way at Delamere Hotel .Our first visit .We had a warm friendly welcome from Dawn & David .Nothing too much trouble for them very accommodating. Hotel Room clean .comfy bed. Good breakfast to set up for the day. Excellent location to all amenities. Would recommend Delamere Hotel for anyone wanting to stay in Blackpool

Everything about this B&B is excellent, from the warm, friendly greeting from Dawn & Dave, the comfortable rooms, gorgeous breakfast (especially the Scrambled Eggs), the friendly ambience in the bar at night and the dogs. You arrive as a guest and leave as a friend. Excellent location vlise enough to walk to all the attractions but far enough away from the front to be very quiet.

Due to being a Genius member breakfast was free and also very good with plenty of choices! Location was amazing for our needs as very close to Blackpool Tower where our event was on. Beds were extremely comfortable and the room was perfect for a weekend stay. Owner Dawn couldn’t do enough for so she was so helpful and friendly. Dawn recommended a local Italian restaurant that was so good with fabulous food and service that we ate there for both nights of our stay. The restaurant is called Amaro which is only a 5 minute walk from the b&b!

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Nicely decorated, very clean and an excellent breakfast. This wasn't your usual Blackpool bed and breakfast. I wouldn't hesitate in staying again
