The room was spotless, as was the bathroom. The carpets were not thread bare, and the beds were comfortable. The clue is in the 'Hotel' name.... You are booking a high-quality room, if you are expecting to turn up and find a staffed reception, asked if you want breakfast et al then you will be disappointed! Also it was beautifully quiet! No banging doors and loud revellers arriving back late at night. In the end, I did the research and got what I paid for. When you arrive, just call the hotel (landline number at entrance) and someone appears, sits you down, and checks you in. There are no car park or cash deposits! The staff we met were lovely, I really couldn't fault them, same for the room! Highly recommended if you want a room for the night in Blackpool!

Room was spotless, modern furnishings, even down to the small details. Attention to detail has been the main factor in how much we loved the room. Owner was very friendly, approachable, and couldn't do enough. Bathroom was excellent, very modern and luxurious. Hotel is in a quiet location so it's very peaceful at night time. The bed was the comfiest bed I have ever slept in. We didn't stay for breakfast but I am guessing from the quality of everything else that this would have been excellent too. An absolute hidden gem and we will be back

Everything! The room was spotlessly clean. The bathroom was v modern, high-end fixtures. The bed was super comfy. Black out blinds on all windows and A/C. Really enjoyed our stay. Host was lovely.

Good location, value for money, staff were really friendly and the onsite parking is a massive bonus. Also 11am checkout is nice as well managed to get a walk along the front before we had to checkout.
