Pretty good for a motel and for a good price. Dated, as expected, but clean and bed nicely presented, plus the bathroom is on the new side. Just what we needed as a base in the Blue Mountains. An additional kitchen in the complex was helpful.

Clean, practical and well equipped. Very happy with my stay, so much so, have been back 3 times already and plan to stay here whenever in the area or passing through the area. Staff were fantastic, kind and attentive. Seriously surpassed expectations.

The rooms are not big and two people with two big bags would be tight. It is a great place to crash for a night or two but if you are staying in the mountains for a number of days then you might want somewhere with a bigger room. It is great value for the price. Staff were super friendly and the rooms very clean with good amenities. Bathrooms and shower were both clean and good. I would stay again.

Conveniently located within walking distance of the pubs (Gardners Inn is way better than the Ivanhoe) and cafes and some beautiful walks (Grand Canyon is amazing), I slept very well for two nights in that motel.
