It was really good to be (A) so close to the Royal Blackburn Hospital and (B) so close to the motorway, which made it easy to have a meal with friends after our visit. The Willows is clearly visible as you approach it along Haslingden Road, and is accessed using the Beehive Roundabout.

This hotel is so convenient for Blackburn Hospital. It's good to know that there's a pub serving food on the same site - even though we didn't need to use it on this occasion.

A lovely, comfy and cosy stay while we visited family in the local area. The room comfortably fit our family of 5 and gave us plenty of room for our luggage too. Room was cleaned after 2 nights and staff were on hand if we needed.

Very spacious for a quick stay. Has hairdryer kettle and a very lovely tv with channels that work. The bed is super comfy and the bath could do with some slip mats but very cozy. The food from Willows is very tasty really recommend.

Have stayed here many times now and it's really convenient for us when visiting family . I messaged and asked for a quieter room at the back of the property which was responded to very quickly and organised. Only downside was they gave us a twin bedded room not a double as booked. We didn't really mind and didn't say anything, but the single beds are pretty narrow and so next time I would change rooms if the same thing happened. Overall though The Willows is our go to hotel when in Blackburn. We didn't eat there this time as we had other arrangements in place, but previously the breakfasts and meals have been really nice.

They couldn’t check me in at 1.30 pm when I requested it to be 11am was told to come back at 2 half an hour later also didn’t get a reply about the request till I left the hotel

Everything was great. The check-in experience was very easy. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff were all brilliant. I would definitely stay here again

Conveniently located , clean and had everything we needed for a one night stay. The girl who checked us in was really lovely and friendly, she took time to explain everything to us - a credit to the hotel. We dined there also and the food was very good.
