Comfy, cosy, has nice and clean rooms. Easy to get there - right next to the bus stop. Good check in and check out times. Key cards are easy to use, no need to disturb receptionist on check out. Nice service anytime

Very good location if visiting Ewood Park. Staff very nice , bar was great too, rooms are good value. Rooms are a bit dated but nice comfortable and clean. Overall very good

Main thing for us. the acceptance of dogs. Also room service for meals. perfect room for us near fire escape. room 16. thank you very much. We were competing in Baxenden with 3 dogs. Also good, safe parking.

Booked for the football match. Blackburn football ground is 2 minutes away and the hotel pub doesn’t let to many people in so it’s ideal for a couple before and after the match

There was no bath plug, we struggled to get onto the wifi, and because we'd booked through booking.com rather than direct, we missed out on a 20% food discount at the onsite Hungry Horse. Other than that, it was all pretty good.
