Lovely hotel within easy walking distance of shopping. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable bed.

The staff, when we saw them were pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. We would certainly stay again, just not purchase the breakfast option.

Spotlessly clean, beautifully and tastefully decorated throughout the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the en-suite was of a good size and quality and very clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and could not be faulted.

Good quality linen. Plenty of top brand tea and coffee. Bathroom spotless and marble. Shower works well and easy to use. Breakfast was of the highest order. Full English cereals and juice. Again top quality ingredients. Whole place safe and secure.

The location is great. 5 mins walk from the centre. The room was lovely and clean with good facilities in it. Breakfast was delicious.

Friendly staff and clean room/hotel. The location was close to everything we needed (5 mins walk from King George's Hall). Car park was very convenient.
