Nice quiet place on the edge of town very close to the Citadel. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The restaurant was good. The room is quite small for a 3 star hotel - but it's OK.

Easy to locate and park. Good view of the Citadelle de Bitche. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Tasty Rösti ( one portion enough for two!) Good self service breakfast.

Pleasant, friendly staff. Excellent restaurant. Good breakfast. Comfy bed. Good location overlooking the Citadel from the front of the hotel.

Breakfast was good, but only used part of the dining room, which made it bit of a squeeze. Think about decluttering the breakfast room to make more space (lots of unused items of furniture which were unnecessary...), or open up the other part of the dining room.
