I really loved how accommodating the staff are. Really appreciated how Dee waited up to let me in after the flight was delayed, and I arrived after hours. Didn't make me feel like a burden at all and always welcomes with a smile. Perfect for over night stay or a few nights in the town of Bishops Stortford. Thank you

Dee was amazing though out the entire process. Our flight was delayed and Dee was really helpful and understanding. A person that knows how to provide a superb costumer service. Also the location was really central and the room was really big and spacious.

Great location for Bishops, comfy room, comfy bed and clean. Close to the bus stop that goes to airport and train station too. Close to many coffee shops and restaurants.
