I extended my stay for another 5 nights after the first 2 nights on the single budget room. I was fortunately being upgraded to a double room. Thank you for the staff who did it for me and she has been very kind and friendly throughout my stay, very attentive whenever I have questions/helps. The upgraded room is definitely a better one, the room is spacious and modern and clean toilet (without wood plank on the floor). Just little thing to take note of, the room appears to have a little damp or dusty smell which certain level of cleanliness could have been done better.

I checked in to the budget room for 2 nights. The bed and size are adequate to the room as it is classified as budget room. The service is good, staff speaks good English and friendly. The location is quite central, walking distance to most of the attractions & eateries (10 to 15 mins). But for the price, the room can be better especially for the toilet (wood plank was placed on the floor and I doubt how hygienic it can be).

Very nice location Breakfast location on 8th floor is beautiful.. Value for money Quite courteous staff. Overall value for money. If you are looking for something in this range, this could be on the best hotels. Else there are many 5 stars in the vicinity. Happy with over experience

(1) Nice breakfast. (2) The swming pool and the sauna was good. But the time for use was limited. (3) Price was competitive. (4) Dinner in the restaurant was also good. (5) Wi-Fi was good. (6) I could pay by US dollar cash. (7) Main tourist spots (such as Natioal History Museum, National Art Museum) are within walking distance.

The staff working in the hotel was fantastic - polite, kind and very helpful, couldn´t be better. The hotel was quiet but centrally located. The restaurant on the 8th floor had wonderful views towards the mountains.
