The staff was helpful and very friendly. Check-in was efficient. I could check in before the check in time which is 2 pm. Communication in English was smooth. My room was very spacious and bright, as was the bathroom. The beds were comfortable. There was a kettle with tea and coffee sachets. Breakfast is a simple buffet breakfast starting at 7am in the breakfast room. The hotel offers an airport shuttle.for a resonable price The hotel occupies several floors in the large, modern building. However there is no visible hotel name sign outside. You enter and reach the hotel reception by entering the cafe called "La Baguette" and afterwards walking straight to the reception. The cafe ifself is connected to the hotel and stays open until late at night, offering drinks and food (menu). The reception itself is open 24 hours. The commercial center and most of the attractions of Bishkek can be reached in 12-15 minutes on foot through a park-like promenade. The train station is 5 minutes from the hotel.

The staff was friendly and polite, easy to find my room. Breakfast was nice, required minimum served. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable for me. Baggage room provided after check-out

Great location in easy walking distance to shops and restaurants and Bishkek’s main sights. Spacious, comfortable room. We had to leave early and hotel staff packed us a good breakfast to take with us.

I absolutely love this hotel and I can't recommend it highly enough! A night in a high-standard, tastefully furnished double room, with a large bed, a collection of towels, a wardrobe with a safe, a spacious en-suite and a view of the sunset over the city was worth every penny at 3600 som! And the breakfast was delicious too! On the ground floor there is a very nice café open also at night. The hotel is located about 15 minutes' walk from the centre, but in a nice residential, modernist area full of greenery.

The room and bathroom were excellent and the staff was very helpful, Askar helped a lot with a logistics problem I had. Just remember that the entrance is Lá Bagguette restaurant, as in the picture.
