✓ location; ✓ very helpful admin Ulana; ✓ my Genius discount; ✓ cleaning staff & cleanliness; ✓ kitchenette with tea & coffee available 24/7; ✓ polite hotel co-dwellers; ✓ TV sports progs; ✓ WiFi; ✓ ethnic details in the kitchen area & books. PS though were included, I missed breakfasts as I had a lot of things to do online & out of the hotel at the time. I guess, I could have loved them...

lovely hotel, very clean and centrally located? Reception staff were very helpful and pleasant with always a good smile or word, which is a rarity in Central Asia... Also they spoke good English. there always was coffee or tea or water in the dining room on a help yourself basis... Breakfast was huge, varied and excellent.

Location is good. Staff was very helpful. They offer tea bags and coffee in common area. Hot water and teabags available in the common area. Rooms are clean. I recommend the place.

The hotel is conveniently located; the walk to the center takes 10 -15 minutes. The walk is fun since you can stroll through the park without even noticing the passing of time. Although the hotel is small, it is fully equipped, the staff is wonderful and always willing to assist you. Breakfast - fixed daily menu with varieties of pancakes (good enough) What I really absolutely loved that there was free tea and coffee available all the time in a public area. Self-service:) - this is so convenient in the the small hotel. Although there is also a tea pot in the room. (Note: we booked suite)
