Suite itself was way above my expectations - huge size, comfortable, everything works, nicely appointed, clean. Coffee at the lobby bar was fantastic!

Everything was perfect. I felt like at home. And the biggest plus of this hotel is the staff. Everybody was always smiling and willing to help, the atmosphere was incredible. I loved so much my stay here, and I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you for everything!!

The staff is super nice and hepful, it makes the stay worthy but I doubt this is a 5 star hotel. It is quite old, bad wifi, no smart TV, and we did not have warm water one day. For the price is OK, but it would not hurt to have it modernized a bit.

Very spacious and confortable rooms and bathroom. Very clean and very cozy. Breakfast is also amazing. Best hotel that we found in Kyrgysztan so far. The SPA is also highly recomended. One of my best massage so far.
