We liked how big the room is. We didnt expect it to be so spacious and clean. They have bidet in the toilet. The receptionist also was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast spread is also good and yummy.

Nice rooms, all comfort. The breakfast very good. Very nice rooftop restaurant. The staff is really very helpful and nice, but one person can be described as the 'ambassador' of the hotel: Zhamilia. Zhamilia works at the reception and is a fantastic person: optimistic, very helpful, intelligent and a great personality.

The hotel's location is excellent, with most major attractions within easy walking distance. There are several cafés and many restaurants in the surrounding area. The staff of the hotel was very attentive and extremely helpful in fulfilling our requests. We made a change to our reservation, and our modification requests were accommodated without any issues. The rooms are spacious, clean, and furnished in a modern style. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of both local and international dishes, ensuring that there was something for everyone. Overall, the service and amenities made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

We forgot to inform the hotel about our early arrival before the check in time. We arrived at 6am. Since there were a couple of hours before the check in time, the reception very kindly called up their sister hotel to check if there is a spare room for us to check in for half a day.

A very good hotel, with big rooms and nice bathrooms. The breakfast is served on the rooftop terrace and is also good. The location is ok, not exactly near the main touristic spots, but within walking distance from most of them.

It was my first time ever to Bishkek, so I didn't know what to expect from an unfamiliar hotel, but my colleague recommended that I stay at the same hotel as they did. My room was large and spacious, and the staff at the reception were very kind. When my safe failed to work properly, one of the service staff just brought a new one. The shower also was larger than I expected.

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The wifi is pretty good, and the staff are very friendly and super helpful. I found the street to be peaceful, but you're only a short 5 min walk from a main part of town. The beds are very comfortable, and the restaurant has a wide selection of food, with the dishes I tried being tasty. The hotel is great value for money!
