The rooms were great. They were spacious and tidy. There is plenty of parking on the street and location is quite close to the centre if you drive. The staff was very quick in returning my deposit back.

Organised, clean, exactly what's been advertised. This b&b has changed my thinking about b&bs. Every time I come to Birmingham for work, I will go to Premier Inn or travel lodge. But now my first preference is SHM STAYS or b&bs. It's quiet, you don't hear any noise. Which is ideal for my planning for the next job. Thank you

The room looked modern and cozy. We never had a problem with the shared bathroom. For the amount you pay it is a good room.

I liked it because the owner answered my call at 11 PM but the property was not in the best shape. At least it was clean! ( sort of) Also, the check-in process was really quick using keyboxes.

Not a bad location close to the train station. The room was clean, had clean towels the only thing I didn't like was that it was a room in a shared house my room was on 2 floor and the toilet and down on 1 floor which is not very convenient. At about 12 o'clock at night someone above us started moving furniture, no soundproofing whatsoever.
