A lovely, modern hotel. The room was clean and the beds comfy. There was plenty of choice in the buffet breakfast. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Car parking was situated underneath the hotel and was very handy. Handy location with a short walk to lots of attractions.

When we arrived, the lady at the reception was very nice and kind, and she was willing to change our room on a whim if needed. Overall, it was a very good stay. The restaurant is very nice with good food. Our eldest had a blast watching the pancake machine make his pancakes. The location was amazing for what we needed as we wanted to be as close as possible to the Christmas Market and other places we planned on visiting. Although there were bars and restaurants blaring music down the street, the room was lovely and quiet.

The location is great as it's a 10 minute walk to the city centre. The room was clean, decent size, good price! We also got upgraded to an executive room for free, which was really nice of the staff! The hotel was secure as you needed to use your room card to activate the stairs and lifts.
