Lovely, clean layout. Little extra touches like the tea, coffee, sugar, shampoo and body wash supplies we're very appreciated. Location is amazing.

Beautiful apartment, with nice furnishings and very clean. Comfy and great views over birmingham. Stocked for everything you need. Great and easy access to apartment and good contact with owner. Bed was so comfy. Nice big tv and comfy sofa if you wanted to stop and have a cheeky movie. Can't wait to go back to stay again.

We stayed for 2 nights and were using it mainly as somewhere to sleep as had things planned. Location is really handy; about 5-10 minute walk from Birmingham New Street station, right in the middle of the shopping area. Views are really nice. East facing so you get the sun first thing in the morning which is lovely. Building is controlled by an access token you are given with the key, there's security on 24 hrs and then the apartment is locked with a single key. There is also a ring doorbell for security, allowing the host to monitor who enters/ exits the apartment (mixed feelings about this though). Only spoke to host on the phone but was friendly and said to call if there was anything at all could help with. The apartment was clean, bed was comfy and shower was hot. There was also a washing machine and cooker (although didn't use), bedding, towels, cups, plates and cooking utensils were provided (with an exception below).
