When booking 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The property will contact the guest following their reservation.When travelling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of EUR 25 for 1 dog or EUR 40 for maximum of 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms. Please notify the hotel in advance.Unfortunately, we do not have parking on-site. The nearest car park is the Q Park next to the hotel. Our partner discount is 20% and tickets must be pre-booked on the Q Park website. Use the code MMMB20 and enter your vehicle registration number, which will enable the barriers to open for you. If you would like to enter and exit multiple times during your stay, please click the multiple entry option.Please note that the Spa is closed Tuesdays. Spa use is offered complimentary, however we cannot guarantee spa use for hotel guests. It is on a first come first served basis and can be used from check in time (15:00) until check out time (11:00). Spa use can only be guaranteed as part of a spa day package booking or overnight spa package. Please note that all spa guests must be over 16 years of age, and if under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates include 2 courses from our seasonal menu. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel:
- 0-4 years old: complimentary breakfast
- 5- 11 years old: breakfast charged at 50% of full price
- 12 and above: breakfast charged at full adult price.Kids Dinner Menu is also available.Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (EUR 30 per night) directly with the hotel.Please note that the jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and relaxation area are closed from 13 to 24 October 2024.

Reception on arrival was very efficient and actually the staff throughout were polite and efficient. The room, a Club deluxe, was a good size. The hotel proximity to the Canal / City Centre and Arena was excellent. The parking facility immediately next door at Q Park was pre booked and convenient but at City Centre prices. Breakfast was a good standard and plentiful.

Amazing location, great bar area to hang out with lovely food. Bathroom was great. Staff super helpful. Amazing spa sauna/ steam with cool tropical shower.

The hotel room seemed a bit tired and toilet wasn't spotless. I was disappointed not to get an upgrade room on arrival (although I understand this depends on availability). Nonetheless, a comfortable stay.

Everything was perfect, took my partner for her birthday, honestly couldn't fault it. Members of staff on the front desk were very welcoming and extremely helpful. Even give us a drink token as a little gift. Also we asked for a late check out and the front desk told us not to worry about it. Thank you so much, amazing weekend! Couldn't recommend enough.

Great location, only a 5 minute walk to the train station and near the bars & restaurants of the canal area but not noisy. We booked a large twin room with 2 king beds and it was spacious and clean. Good size bathroom with plenty of towels & bathrobes. Excellent shower pressure & temperature. The breakfast was great and included in our room rate. Good bar & breakfast area with friendly staff.
