The fine print
Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to use the Hotels’ leisure facilities, including swimming pool, steam room, sauna, whirlpool. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the Hotel's gym. Friday to Sunday, the swimming pool is restricted to adults only. Monday to Thursday, children only of the age 12 and above are permitted to use the hotel’s swimming pool and must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. One adult can be accompanied by maximum 2 children. Please note our pool depth is 1.68m all-way long with no shallow end.Should guests require decorations for special occasions, please contact our Hotel team on 44 121 643 1234 or [email protected]. Please note that bedrooms decorated by guests (including the use of any type of confetti), will carry a professional cleaning services charge of £250.00 per bedroom per stay. Confetti of all kind are not permitted throughout the hotel.

Reception desk staff are wonderful, especially Thea and Gabriella. They are respectful and friendly. The cleaners are also respectful.

The room was lovely and we all had excellent nights sleep. We were privileged enough to be on the Regency floor and loved the access to the lounge. The staff in all areas of the hotel were superb and were able to solve any issues.

The hotel is located very close to city centre and Birmingham NEW Street train station. The room was nice, clean and quiet. The breakfast was good with a variety of options with nice hot and cold drinks.

The pool area is lovely. No need to book a time slot or pay extra. The bed was comfy, good tea selection in the room. 12pm check-out. Great location for the city centre & train station.
