The property is excellent. Well furnished and in a good location. We inadvertently locked are valuables in the safe and could get no response to get our property out. The mobile numbers provided went through to the petrol station below and they knew nothing about the safe or even the hotel.

Stayed here for a concert at the O2 academy and was a great location close to city and venue. Room was excellent and spotlessly clean, modern and v comfy. Although no reception or staff communication was superb with info and responses to query answered virtually immediately.

Very clean, very comfortable hotel. Great beds and pillows. Nice little extras, for example, a coffee pod machine instead of packets of cheap instant coffee and modern technology inside the room. Air conditioning/heating unit in the room make it easy to get the room to the perfect temperature. Great communication with the hotel leading up to and during the stay. Free onsite parking. Great location to shops, restaurants, and a stones throw away from the O2 Academy, which was the purpose of our visit.

The room was spacious and beautifully presented with excellent facilities. We were attending an event at O2 Academy which was only a few minutes away on foot.

The rooms itself-beautiful. Decorated brilliantly!! It was very clean, only minimal noise could be heard even though it is directly below a store and car wash, however.. it was on a Sunday so could differ some days. The location is great within 10 minutes of centre everything is very close.
