Wide variety of breakfast options and very tasty, room was spacious and different options for pillows for example if you preferred a firmer pillow, bed was comfortable, staff friendly and helpful

The bed was very comfortable. The shower was exceptionally good. The breakfast was delicious and plenty choices.

Initially when we arrived our rooms were not quite ready and also we had requested one twin room and one double and we were given two doubles. The Staff were really accommodating and liaised with the House Keeping and managed to swap the room. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We had an early start the next morning and breakfast was available from 7am which was perfect. We only had a continental breakfast but it was really nice and the pastries were very fresh.

We needed a twin room for one room which was not available. Selection of rooms should be accurate. But staff arranged a donation bed which was ok.r

Very friendly, great value for money, would have been exceptional if it had two proper beds - one was converted from the sofa to make it a twin room

Great stay. Love the hotel for it’s location- close to M6. Only downside is.. each time I book a twin room - beds move very easy. They’re not very sturdy.
