Exceptionally clean and very helpful, friendly staff. Room was quiet and comfortable in a perfect area for central places. Breakfast was lovely.

Didnt get clean cups on second day, got clean towels, which werent really required. Front of house staff very professional and very helpful and cheerful. Breakfast satisfactory. Brilliant location for tram.

We had a comfortable stay at Hampton by Hilton. The room was fairly spacious and very clean; the staff on reception were friendly and we had a good breakfast in the morning. The location was perfect for us for an event in the Jewellery Quarter.
