The breakfast buffet for non meat eaters - you didn’t have to pre-order vegetarian sausages, really good. The staff member who met us for breakfast was polite and helpful.

Staff were very helpful when I thought I had booked rooms with two beds each but booking.com hadn’t actually done this. Staff very kindly sorted the issue.

Nothing to fault. Recently refurbished to a high standard. Superb choice at breakfast. Location just 2 mins walk from Centenary Square. Parking beneath the hotel.
