Firstly the customer care before arrival was excellent. I had clear instructions on how to get in and out of the building. The apparent is in very good conditions, clean and very tidy. It has a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary updated equipment to function effectively which was also very clean. The bedroom has a decent size for a couple to sleep in after a busy night out and the bathroom is presented in excellent conditions very clean and clean towels were also provided.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this apartment. It was quite spacious, and it had everything that I needed for the short stay. I was really happy to see that the apartment was equipped well enough, especially the kitchen. The bedrooms and bathroom were great, and it made for a great resting place in between. The location was the most important aspect for this, as I needed to be close to the Hippodrome, but with a Tesco next door and plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from, it really made the stay really comfortable. The building was easy to access and the welcome was very much appreciated. If you're booking, two things I'd suggest is to bring ear plugs as it might get noisy throughout the night. And, if you have limited mobility, getting in and out of the bath may prove to be difficult. Notwithstanding, it's a great place to stay!

A great shopping break and an amazing location in the heart of China Town a very clean and warm flat with great views of Birmingham the parking was amazing my car was in a very secure car park behind a roller shutter door . The apartment is very well appointed with all mod cons plenty of space and a very comfortable bed. on arrival we were met by Omar who explained everything to us and told us to contact him if we had any issues. All in all an excellent apartment in the heart of the shopping centre. We will be back .

The location is perfect , very close to the city centre, and restaurants. I was on a business trip so didn't check any attractions, not sure if any are nearby. Also the apartment is in a nice private building, it was clean and well prepared. A nearby TESCO was of great help as well. I would recommend it for a couple of days stay
