Only 1 lift working. If timed badley had to wait 10 minutes to be be able to fit everyone in. No restaurant or bar operative due to maintenance works Central location. Easy to find Staff lovely and helpful. Happy to do bag drop for ease of travel and exploring city. Room comfortable. New bathroom/ shower Pillows very thin and only 1 per person- worth packing something to support with this. Hotel did the job. Would stay again. Easy location.

It’s a Ronseal hotel and does exactly what it says on the tin … it’s a budget hotel next to a railway station. It’s a clean room with all the basics you’d need, even a coffee and biscuits.

Perfect central location 1 minute walk from Nrw Street Station. Large, clean rooms with all amenities. Large TV with all streaming and terrestrial options.

The first time I stayed at the Britannia Hotel, the room was clean,but the toilet needed more attention, yellow stains in the bowl.

Great location, 3 minutes away by walk from train station, right in middle of plenty shops. Nice spacious room, the main problem are the windows which practically are old enough and cold air can come through. Didn’t like the bed sheets, seems they have not been changed but the rest of the room and the bathroom looked alright.
