Location was perfect for the purpose of our visit. Downsides were restaurant was not open the night we arrived, no lunch facilities in hotel, sauna not open until 4pm, tea & coffee in room sparse but none of this ruined our stay

Everything was nice and accommodating, we only stayed one night but the hotel and the staff were great. The view of the river is amazing.

Spacious room with a huge bed. Nice bathroom with fantastic shower head and water pressure. The body lotion and conditioner were a nice surprise too, thank you for the thought and care. We could leave our bikes inside the hotel safely which was welcoming. It felt like it must have been a beautiful hotel back in the days, with caring owners about small details.

The breakfast is one of the most complete I have ever experienced in terms of variety for the available space. Options included salad—with four different options of vinegar to choose from —soja milk, almond milk, gluten-free bread, and some other things for special needs or tastes. The hotel is well located beside the Rhein River, creating a romantic atmosphere. The staff's attention was superb.

The staff was very nice, the breakfast was good and the location is excellent for quests traveling with bikes. We could leave out bikes inside the hotel.

All okay, good room, good breakfast. Just as a large leading hotel should be. Little touches such as free coffee and nibbles was very nice.
