Situated in a quiet and picturesque village, The Residence apartments & rooms offers self-catering accommodation just 50 metres from Prokljan Lake in Krka Donji Tok National Park. Free WiFi access is available and free private parking is offered.
The air-conditioned apartment features a terrace with lake views. It also includes a lounge area with flat-screen cable TV, a dining table and a kitchen with stovetop, microwave and fridge. All units have a view of the Prokljan Lake.
Excursions with a licensed tour guide to the Krka National Park, a 7-minute drive away, and the city of Šibenik, a 10-minute drive away, can be arranged on site and at a surcharge. Boat tours to the nearby islands can be arranged as well at an additional cost.
The nearby lake provides swimming opportunities, with the nearest beach 50 metres away. Guests can also relax in the outdoor swimming pool featuring lake views and on a terrace with sunbeds.
The Residence apartments & rooms is a 15-minute drive away from Skradin and Split Airport is reachable with a 1 hour drive.

We spent great weekend in this nice apartment. We were satisfied with everything and also the facilites were okay :) The host Marco and his wife were helpful and kind for us :) Thank you again and we definitely would like to come back😁

Gem of a hotel in Croatia ! It was a lovely litlle hotel with all ameneities.The stay was state of the art! Very modern and excellent design,great high standard.Room was super clean,stylish,fresh and we had everything what we need.The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpfull.The breakfast was great,they offered a great Variety traditional Croatian .The pool place is like in heaven,perfect and clean place were you can enjoy all day! also the pool is the place were the managers is cleaning every night and preparing for next days,which was not the case in other accommodations in Europe. I can reccomend The Residence to everyone who comes to the Croatia.

Lovely accomodation, about 10 minutes from the centre of Sibenik and close to the Krka park. The pool is great an really nice to chill. The room is convenient. Barbara, your host, is nice and serves a lovely breakfast in the garden on request.
